Technician Service Agreement

1. Who we are

The Opa Pro technician app is operated by Summit Home Solutions LLC (“we”, “Platform”). By registering and using the app, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Independent contractor status

You are an independent contractor, not our employee. You are responsible for your workmanship, licensing, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

We provide exclusive lead matching and quoting tools. You contract directly with the homeowner for the work.

3. Jobs, quotes, and revisions

AI estimates are references only. After on-site inspection you may submit a confirmed quote or scope revision with an honest explanation of differences from photos/description.

You must not complete work or collect payment off-platform at a lower amount without client approval in the app.

4. Lead fees and per-job coverage

You pay an exclusive lead fee when you accept a job through Opa Pro. The fee is shown before you accept. Each accepted lead includes a complimentary GL coverage certificate for that visit (insurer pays covered claims).

You contract directly with the homeowner for payment and work. Opa Pro does not employ you and does not guarantee the job outcome.

Do not misrepresent your license or insurance. Keep your COI current in your profile.

5. Account

Lead fees are processed through Stripe at the time you accept a job.

Optional Stripe Connect onboarding may be available for future payment tools; lead fees are separate from homeowner job payment.

6. Acceptable use

You may not harass customers, upload unlawful content, bypass platform payments, or misuse OTP or account systems.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this Agreement. Continued use means acceptance.
